       The topic I am talking about today: The origins and basic concepts of Qigong

       I have practiced, taught and regulated gas for 30 years. I have been recognized by many national departments and obtained certificates. In 1997, he was rated as a "First Class Qigong Teacher" by Shandong Province, and in 2019 by the National Qualification Certification Center as a "Qigong Professor"; in the same year, he was awarded the "Special Therapy for Difficult and Intractable Diseases" certificate and medal by the China Medical Education Association .

    Let me talk about the first question: the origin of qigong

       Lao Tzu is the originator of Qigong, and he founded the Tao Te Ching as early as 2500 years ago.

    The first chapter of Tao Te Ching is a general overview of Qigong.

       "Dao Jing Jing" is a work under the state of Qigong. To be precise, it can only be unspeakable. However, we still have to talk about it, otherwise there is no way to learn. I have read many versions of the explanation, and finally I feel that the combination of Chinese and English is better understood. This may be the reason why the combination of East and West culture is a whole. Before I explain it, I will read it aloud twice for everyone, so that everyone can have an overall understanding.

      Dao Ke Dao, very Dao; Ming Ke Ming, very famous. No, at the beginning of the world, there is the mother of all things. Therefore, often there is no desire to view its beauty, often there is a desire to view its merits. The two are synonymous and synonymous. Mysterious and mysterious, the door of all wonders. The Tao that can be described is not the eternal Tao. The name that can spoken is not the name. The nameless is boundary of Heaven Earth. The named is mother of creation. Free from desire you can see the hidden mystery. By having desire You can only see what is visibly real. Yet mystery and reality emerge from the same source. Ths source is called darkness. Darkness born from darkness .The beginning of all understanding. The following sentence-by-sentence explanation: Dao Ke Dao, very Dao. The Tao that can be described is not the eternal Tao". The Tao that can be described is not the eternal Tao. From the perspective of Qigong: there is nothing out of nothing. The name the can be spoken is not the eternal name". The name that can be stated and stated is not an eternal name. From qigong's point of view: there is nothing in it. "None, the beginning of the world. The nameless is the boundary of Heaven and Earth." The boundary between the sky and the earth is indescribable. From the perspective of Qigong: the vague thing at the junction of the sky and the earth is the initial mixed energy. "Yes, the mother of all things. "The named is mother of creation". Fuzzy creates something that can be named. From the perspective of Qigong: Intangible Qi can generate tangible things. Free from desire you can see the hidden mystery". Free from desire you can see the hidden mystery. From qigong's point of view: smart qi comes from consciousness that conforms to objective laws. "Often there is, want to see its own. By having desire you can only see what is visibly real ". If there is a desire that does not conform to the laws of nature, only limited things can be seen. From the perspective of qigong: if consciousness is like it, qi will not flow well. "This The two are synonymous. yet mystery and reality emerge from the same source". Hidden and manifested from the same substance. From the perspective of Qigong: both intangible and tangible come from the initial mixed energy. "The same is the metaphysics. Blur comes from darkness. From Qigong, Qi can produce Qi. The beginning of all understanding". When you feel this vague state, you begin to realize the Tao. From Qigong speaking: When you can feel Qi, you can study many mysteries of the human body and nature.

       As mentioned above, it means one "none" and one "yes". And, the two of them can transform each other. That is "with or without coexistence".

      The second question: The basic idea of Qigong

       In fact, the basic concept of Qigong is 14 words: the Hunyuan Qi is permeated, the gathering is formed; the scattered is the wind ().

    Let's compare it up and down. Do the 14 words below and my summary above mean the same thing? It should be said that 80% is the same, that is, there is a "god" below. Because of the addition of the word "God", what is true above is natural, and what is true below is human.

      Speaking of which, everyone should understand the relationship between nature and people. Laozi founded the "Human-Heavenization Theory" as early as 2500. Since people and heaven are mixed together, we can use nature's qi to serve human beings, that is, Qigong to cure diseases; Qigong to exercise! Combined with the above-mentioned theory of "with or without coexistence", the pathology of Qigong is: any disease can be reversed. In other words, any disease can be cured. However, there is a saying in the Qigong community that it can cure hundreds of diseases, but not hundreds of people. It's a pity! Why, it is because people have a "god" working. If the use of God is consistent with the objective laws, the illness will be all right! Otherwise, it won't be better. There is a question here: what kind of consciousness conforms to the objective law? What kind of objective laws? This is the key course of qigong class-"Awareness is the key". Then there are different people, different things, different times, different places, and their objective laws are different. That is to say, everyone has its own rules and rules.
