Qigong Theory:

     Qigong in a narrow sense: it is the use of Qigong. It can be summed up in 14 words: Hunyuan Qi is permeated; when it is gathered, it is formed, and when it is dispersed, it is wind (qi).

     Broadly speaking, it combines the essence of the three cultures of "Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism". It is said that Confucianism is the culture of entering the world; Buddhism is the culture of the world; Taoism is the culture of the superworld. I think Qigong is a world culture. Practicing Qigong should achieve three harmony: self harmony; harmony with society; harmony with nature. In this way, Qigong culture and the three major cultures are related. How can we integrate the three cultures simply and quickly?

     We remember the Confucian culture: the joys, sorrows, joys, and sorrows are not summed up, but the sum of the sums of the festivals; remember the Buddha's poem: the bodhi has no tree, and the mirror is not a Taiwan; there is nothing, where Dangerous dust; remember the Taoist words: Dao Dao, very Dao; Ming Ke Ming, very famous. This merged the three cultures of "Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism".

    How to distinguish the three major cultures of "this"? One by one depends on the environment. That is to say, it is the sum of the words in the middle section; here we must always pay attention to the practice of "removing paranoia".
