       The topic I am talking about today: the origin and basic concept of Qigong

       I have practiced, taught, and tempered the disease for 30 years. I have been recognized by many departments of the country and obtained a certificate. In 1997, he was awarded the title of “First Class Qigong Teacher” by Shandong Province. In 2019, he was awarded “One Professor of Qigong” by the National Qualification Certification Center. In the same year, he was awarded the “Infectious Disease Special Therapy” certificate and medal issued by China Medical Education Association. .

    Let's talk about the first question: the origin of Qigong

       Laozi is the originator of Qigong. He founded the Tao Te Ching as early as 2500 years ago.

    The first chapter of The Tao Te Ching is a general overview of Qigong.

       The Tao Te Ching is a work of Qigong. To be exact, it can only be said to be unspeakable. But let's talk about it, otherwise there is no way to learn. I have read many versions of the explanations, and finally I feel that Chinese and English are better combined to understand. This may be the reason why the combination of East and West culture is a whole. Before I explain it, I will read it twice and let everyone have a general understanding.

        "The Tao that can be described is not the eternal Tao." The Tao that can be described is not an eternal way. From the point of view of Qigong: what can be described is not the unpredictable way. "Name name can be spoken is not the eternal name". The name that can be expressed and stated is not an eternal name (tangible thing). “No, the beginning of the world. The nameless is the boundary of Heaven and Earth.” The boundary between the sky and the earth is indescribable. In terms of Qigong, the vague thing at the junction of heaven and earth is the initial mixed atmosphere. "There is a mother of all things. The named is mother of creation". Fuzzy creates something that can be named. That is to say, invisible gas can produce tangible objects. "There is often no, you want to see it. Free from desire you can see the hidden mystery". Freedom comes from the hidden secrets you can see. Invisible and phaseless gas can be unimpeded for good conversion. "Being often, you want to see what is visibly real." If there is a desire that does not conform to the laws of nature, only limited things can be seen. From the point of Qigong: If the consciousness is like, the gas will not flow easily. "The two, the same name. Yet mystery and reality emerge from the same source". Hidden and apparently from the same substance. In terms of Qigong: both intangible and tangible are derived from the initial mixed gas. "The same is called the mystery. This source is called darkness ". The same source is called fuzzy. Qigong is called: the same source is called the initial mixed gas. "Darkness born from darkness". Blurring comes from blurring. From Qigong, Qi can produce gas. "The beginning of all understanding". When you feel this vague state, you begin to understand. It also opened the door to the mystery of nature.

      In the above, it is a "nothing" and a "having". And, the two are able to change each other. That is, "there is no relationship." Incapable of giving birth, there is no ability to turn into nothing.

      The second question: the basic concept of Qigong

       In fact, the basic concept of Qigong is 14 words: the mixed spirit is connected, the gathering is formed; the scattered is the gas.

    Everyone has a comparison between the top and bottom. What are the meanings of the following 14 words and my summary above? It should be said that 80% is the same, that is, there is a more "God" below. Just because there is more of this "God" word, the above is true, and the ones that are really right are people.

      Speaking of this, everyone should understand the relationship between nature and people. Laozi founded the "Human Tianhua Theory" before 2500. Since people and heavens are mixed together, we can use the power of nature to serve humanity, that is, Qigong cures; Qigong fitness! Combined with the above theory of "with or without life", the pathological view of Qigong is: any disease can be reversed. In other words, any disease can be cured. However, there is a saying in the qigong world that can cure all diseases and cannot cure 100 people. A little regret! Why, because people have a "God" at work. If the use of God is consistent with the objective laws, the disease will be good! Otherwise it will be fine. There is a question here: What kind of consciousness is in line with objective laws? What kind of objective law? This is the key course of qigong class - "use awareness is the key." Then there are different people, different things, different times, different places, and their objective laws are different. That is to say, everyone has its own rules and rules.
